Kurnool: Asserting that the Congress party remains resilient against internal friction, District Congress Committee (DCC) president Boya Kranti Naidu said that attempts to weaken the organization by creating caste and factional divisions would not be tolerated.
He emphasized that strict discipline would be enforced as the party prepares to contest all possible seats in the forthcoming local body elections.
Speaking to media on Tuesday, Kranti Naidu highlighted the party’s long organizational history and robust disciplinary mechanisms, warning that no individual could damage its image through public statements or social media campaigns.
He maintained that internal grievances should be raised before appropriate party forums rather than making public allegations or filing legal cases against leaders.
Reaffirming that the Congress represents all communities, he rejected attempts to project the party as belonging to a particular caste or group.
Addressing the allegations and an SC/ST Atrocities case reportedly filed against him, Kranti Naidu noted that sensitive organizational matters should be resolved internally through constructive dialogue.
He alleged that certain individuals were creating unnecessary controversies to interfere in the affairs of the Kurnool Congress, warning that such actions only harm the party and benefit political adversaries.
The DCC president called upon party leaders and workers to set aside personal differences, follow organizational protocols, and remain united under the national and state leadership to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level ahead of the upcoming polls.
