For Socio-Economic and Political Empowerment of Bahujans, the OBCs Federation, SCs Federation, STs Federation, Muslim Federations & other Minorities Federations the aims & Objectives of BAHUJAN FREEDOM PARTY
1. To comply with the Constitution of India in its” Letter and Spirit”.
2. Contesting Serpanch, MPTC, ZPTC, MLCs, MLAs, MPs, etc by Party members/general public.
3. Recall its erring PRs MPs, MLAs, PRs on their inaction, incapacity,corruption/anti-party activities.
4. Working Committee(s) at GP / Municipal, Mandal/ Block, District, State & National levels .
5. PM/CM/ZP/Mandal Parishad/GPs offices between its OBCs, Dalits, & Minorities on rotation basis.
6. All seats in legislature & Local bodies as reserving 50% to OBCs, 20 % to SCs, 15% to STs, 15% to Muslims & incl.50% to women of respective constituents, Legislature in Regional and Local Govts.
7. Redressal of Judicial/Quasi Judicial cases from Trail Court to Apex Court in 5 years.
8. Ensure limited autonomy to the Policing with accountable policing in the respective State.
9. Have autonomous Ombudsman: Lok Pal (national level), LokAyukta at the State Level, Upa LokAyukta at District, Vigilance Officers at Mandal or Block level to arrest corruption.
10. Free education upto Degree and implementation of the Compulsory Education Act.
11. Compulsory education to all underprivileged children unto Degree with hostel facilities.
12. Reimburse fee of poor and middle class children from Class I to Graduation
13. Implementation of Free health schemes to all poor and middle classes.
14. Allotment of House / plot / flat to all homeless by State & under easy self finance scheme.
15 Free Power upto 300 units, Water-1000 Ltrs to all to all underprivileged families.
16. Modernization of public institutions, Hospitals on par with corporate institutions.
17. Establishment of Agricultural Boards at Mandal/Block to address farmers problems.
18 Provide free ploughing support, storage of the produce of small and medium scale farmers.
19. Buy agricultural produce at the mutually fixed MSP by the Union of India and States.
20. Undertake new Irrigation projects, promote profitable agriculture and allied areas.
21 Waiver of agricultural loans of small and medium-scale farmers.
22 Compulsory crop insurance, to farmers and farm labor with farm related medical insurance.
23. Resolution of civil, criminal cases of serving/ex-servicemen by Armed Forces Tribunals.
24. ` For 5 years compulsory military service for persons opting all Class I/II gazetted posts.
25. Out of turn promotions for the exemplary and outstanding public servants.
26. Self-employment loan upto Rs.50 Lakhs & promote SSIs & State stands as guarantor.
27. Regularization of all OBC, SC, ST and Minority contract employees.
28. Establish 500,100,30 & 10 Bedded Hospitals at Dist, Block, Civic Division or GP respetively.
29 Promote welfare & accountable NGOs to assist public MLC/ MP (RS) seats to NGOs.
30 For Smaller States, Districts, Divisions and Mandals or Blocks or GPs.
31 Reform in public administration, Quasi-Judicial, Judicial Services in Endowments/Wakfs.
32. Repeal of all laws against the interests of SCs, STs, OBCs, Minorities and Women.
33. Liberal State Allowances and Pensions to Old aged, widows, single mother, orphans, PHPs.
34. Uplift morale of Armed Forces personnel, Recovery of China/Pakistan occupied territories.
35. For Akhandh Bharath.. For permanent membership in UNSC, UNO with Veto.
36. Separation of religion from Executive, Policing, Armed Forces, Legislature & Judiciary.
37 Protection of Girls,Women from Social, Domestic and Institutional violence/harassment.
38 Judiciary reforms with its Judicial Commission to implement Social in Judiciary.
39. Factual Autonomy to the CBI, RBI, NSA and all Crucial State agencies,
