Karimnagar: St.George International School (CBSE), Karimnagar, organised a grand Tiranga Rally here on Friday.
Students and faculty of St. George International School in Karimnagar celebrate Independence Day with a massive 100-metre Tiranga rally, led by Chief Guest CI Billa Koteswar and Chairman Dr. P. Fathima Reddy.
The rally was conducted from the school premises to Kothapally–Ranipuram Road, with Kothapally CI Sri Billa Koteswar as the chief guest and Dr P. Fathima Reddy , Chairman of St.George and Paradise Educational Institutions, as the special guest.
The students carried a 100-metre-long National Flag during the rally, which stood as a symbol of patriotism and national unity.
The entire Kothapally town resonated with the students’ enthusiastic slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram.”
Later, Chairman Dr P Fathima Reddy said that everyone should remember the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and work together for the integrity, unity and development of the nation.
He emphasised that such programmes play an important role in instilling patriotism and national spirit among students.
