Kadiri: AP Scheduled Tribes State Commission Chairman Solla Bojjireddy conducted an extensive tour across Nallacheruvu, Kadiri, and Mudigubba mandals on Tuesday to address tribal grievances.
Accompanied by five commission members, Bojjireddy inspected APTWREIS Girls’ Residential School and directed immediate resolution of drinking water shortages in tribal hamlets.
Interacting with Garugu Thanda villagers, he assured rapid intervention with Collectorate officials regarding delayed National Highway expansion land compensation.
Presiding over an ‘ST Grievance Day’ at Mudigubba, the Chairman warned officials against negligence in executing tribal welfare programmes and resolving land claims. Kadiri RDO Kalavathi and other officials attended.
