Puttaparthi: Sri Sathya Sai District Collector A Shyam Prasad directed officials to prioritize public grievance redressal, emphasizing that resolving citizen issues within stipulated timeframes is the government’s core objective.
Speaking at the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) program held at the Revenue Building near Puttaparthi railway station on Monday, the Collector received 224 petitions from residents across the district.
He instructed department heads to review complaints promptly, process eligible cases without delay, and ensure government welfare schemes reach all deserving beneficiaries. Joint Collector Maurya Bharadwaj, SDC Vijaya Kumari, and Puttaparthi RDO Suvarna attended the programme.
