AP govt transfers several IAS officers in the state

The Andhra Pradesh government has undertaken significant changes in its administrative setup. Orders have been issued transferring 22 IAS officers and assigning them new postings. 

These changes affect key departments such as Tourism, Education, Transport, Health, Housing, Disaster Management, Pushkaram management, TTD, and Municipal Administration. 

Under these transfers, S.S. Rawat has been appointed as the Special Chief Secretary of the Tourism Department, while J. Shyamala Rao has been transferred as the Principal Secretary of the School Education Department. 

Kona Sasidhar is set to assume charge as the Secretary of the Transport and Roads & Buildings Department. The government has relieved Amrapali from her duties as the Managing Director of the AP Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) and directed her to report to the General Administration Department (GAD) without assigning a new posting for the time being. Pattanshetti Ravi Subhash has been appointed as the Managing Director of APTDC in her place. 

Additionally, he has been entrusted with the Full Additional Charge (FAC) of the CEO and Secretary posts at the APPSC.
