For the office of the Vice President Advocate Srinivas, for the office of the General Secretary Advocate Raju Yadav, for the office of the Joint Secretary advocate Masa Anand, for the office of the Treasurer Advocate Navin Goud, for the office of the Librarian advocate B. Sudhir Babu Goud and Sports and Cultural Secretary Advocate Ravi Yadav were declared elected.

Similarly Lady Representative- Advocate Santhoshi, and Executive Members of the MBA Advocate Manthri Venkatesh, Advocate Narsimha, Advocate Nishanth and advocate Vaishali were elected.

In his message All India Democratic Advocates Federation (AIDAF-a separate pro litigants welfare body), President Advocate MA Mujeeb congratulated new committee and wished them a happy and successful tenure. Mujeeb said the new committee has an hectic task in getting construction of Malkajigiri Court Complex which the matter has been pending resolution by the Chief Minister’s Office.

Mujeeb appealed Hon’ble Chief Minister and the Law Minister to look into the long pending matter of giving Malkajigiri Court Complex to the long suffering litigants of Malkajgiri – Medchal district at the earliest.

It may be recalled that AIDAF Medchal District Committee submitted a memoranda to the then Ranga Reddy District administrative portfolio judge for the transfer of civil and criminal matters of Gatkesar, Uppal and Medipally Mandals’ pecuniary jurisdictions’ cases to the Malkajgiri Court Complex with an extended strength of Judicial officers as additional District Judge Court, additional Senior Civil Judge Court and additional Junior Civil Judge Court with adequate staff.

Malkajgiri Courts have been burdened with adequate number of cases and the litigants are suffering due to undue delay in posting of posting of required number of the Judicial Officers and the staff.
