BRS proposes massive reforms in Democracy, Legislature, Executive

Hyderabad (22nd January, 2023): Bahujana Rashtra Samithi (BRS) National President and High Court Advocate MA Mujeeb while addressing press conference today at press club Khairabad, Hyderabad Telangana after BRS adopting it’s National agenda contains following among others:

(i) reforms in democracy and MLAs/MPs accountability to the nation & her subjects (masters) to be implemented by BRS.

(ii) Recall of MLAs and MPs etc.. on their abuse of MoU with BRSs

(iii) CMs /PM exclusively reserved for OBCs and Dalits, Dy PM & Dy CMs for minorities…..

(iv) Bahujans to contest all seats in legislature and Local bodies and implement reservation for 43% to OBCs, 20% to SCs, 12% to STs, 12% to Muslims, 6% to Christians, 1% Ex Servicemen, 4 % EWS.

(v) Working Committees at Village/Municipal Council, District, State and nation to avoid selling of MLAs and MPs ticket at the behind the reach of Bahujans.

(vi) Social justice in the executive, the judiciary, and legislature to Bahujans in proportion to their population

Specially the following reforms will be implemented if BRS is returned to power either in any Local, Regional or National governance as under: To implement the Constitution of India in its “Letter and Spirit”.

To screen contesting MLAs, MPs, etc. to make them accountable by complying MoU entered with the BRS party through a first preference majority vote in the respective constituency who will represent for BRS in such elections.

BRS to implement reservation for the office of the Prime Minister / Chief Minister / Chairman ZPTC / Chairman Mandal Parishad / Sarpanch on rotation between Dalits and OBCs, Offices of the Deputy PM / Dy CMs / Vice Chairman ZPs / Mandal or Block Vice Presidents / Dy. Sarpanch for Minorities.

BRS to implement 40% Reservation to women at all levels of political and in the executive and Judicial offices.

BRS to ensure Social Justice by proportional representation to OBCs, SCs, STs, Muslims and Christian other minorities in proportion to their respective population in Higher Judiciary.

BRS to ensure redressal of the public grievances by the Executive in 30 days, Legislature in six months and Judiciary in 5 years.

BRS for resolution of Court case before Trial Court in 2 years, Ist appeal in one year, 2nd appeal in one year, SLP in one year with independence of Judiciary.

BRS to ensure autonomy to the Police with accountable policing in the respective State.

BRS for Autonomous Ombudsman with adequate powers : Lok Pal (national level), Lok Ayukta at the State Level, Upa LokAyukta at District, Vigilance Officers at Mandal or Block level to arrest corruption.

BRS for Free education to all from Class I to Degree and implementation of Compulsory Education Act.

BRS for Compulsory & result oriented education to all underprivileged children unto Degree with hostel facilities.

BRS for Reimbursement of reasonable fee of the Children of poor and middle classes from Class I to Graduation.

BRS for Implementation of Free health schemes to all poor and middle classes.

BRS for House / plot / flat to those who live in rental houses under self finance schemes.

BRS for Free Power, Water to BPL and middle class families.

BRS for the modernization of public institutions, schools, and hospitals with corporate institutions status.

BRS for establishment of Agricultural Boards to function at Mandal/Block to address problems being faced by farmers.

BRS to provide free ploughing support, storage of form produce of small and medium scale farmers.

BRS to buy all agricultural produce at the mutually fixed MSP by the Union of India and States.

BRS for undertaking new Irrigation projects and to promote agriculture as a profitable profession.
24 BRS for waive off agricultural loans of small and medium-scale farmers.

BRS makes compulsory crop insurance and provides farmers allied welfare schemes.

BRS for resolution cases of Serving and Ex-servicemen by the Armed Forces Tribunals.

BRS for compulsory short period military service for all gazetted posts, reservation by promotion to OBCs, SCs, STs, Minorities in civil services.

BRS for the Reservation jobs in Civil Services for Ex Servicemen and Ex Service Officers in IAS allied posts in Civil Services on their post retirement from Defence Services.

BRS for out of turn allotment of residential flat/plot to all war widows, and homeless ex-serviceman.

BRS for Self-employment loans for promotion of Small Scale Industries / Business ventures within 60 days, State to be guarantor till such loans are recovered.

BRS for the Regularisation of OBC, SC, ST and Minority contract employees with their respective seniority.

BRS for promotions to outstanding public servants to get pecuniary benefits and promotions.

BRS for 100 Bedded Hospital each District HQs with Medical & Dental College, 50 Bedded Hospital at Mandal/Block HQs, 10 Bedded Hospital at each Municipal Division or GP.

BRS for availability of all essential commodities at the rational prices.

BRS for promotion of welfare of its Affiliate Community NGOs, Vidyarthi, Mahila, Veteran, Advocates, Doctors, Teachers, Employees, Federations etc., to take their advice & their elevation to Upper Houses of State/ Parliament.

BRS for Smaller States and Districts for development of the nation, States, Districts and rural India.

BRS for reform administration, Quasi-Judicial, Judicial services, accountable powers of the Executive to principles of public service.

BRS for repeal laws against the interests of SCs, STs, OBCs, Minorities, Women.

BRS for State Allowances and Pensions to Old aged, widows, single mother, orphans, Physically Handicapped.

BRS for protecting LoCs and upliftment of morale of Armed Forces personnel.

BRS for separation of religion from public services, the Executive, Policing, Armed Forces, Legislature and Judiciary.

BRS for the Protection of Girls and Women from all types of Social, Domestic and Institutional harassment.

BRS for reforms in Judiciary with its Judicial Commission to implement Social Justice to underprivileged sections.

BRS for the Autonomy to the Defence, CBI, RBI, and all Govt crucial State agencies,

BRS for making the 4th Estate accountable to the State. For giving Honorary salaries to media persons from among minorities, OBCs, Dalits.
