Hyderabad : Bahujan Democratic Party (BDP) a national political party for Working Democracy, Secularism & Social Justice has been launched by the President, Lawyer’s Forum for Social Justice Advocate Nagula Srinivas Yadav at Press Club Basheerbagh Hyderabad on Sunday.
Earlier MA Mujeeb the National President of the Bahujan Democratic Party (BDP) paid tribute to the National Martyrs and Telangana State Martyrs and he took pledge that the Party will work for political empowerment of underprivileged to promote true democracy, secularism & social justice.
In his address to the gathering Mujeeb said that BDP selects accountable MLAs, MPs, etc. Public Reps) through a first preference majority vote will represent Bahujan Democratic Party (BDP) in such election. He further said that the Presidents of Working Committees from Village/Ward, District, State, and National level shall be on a rotation basis between Men & Women of the OBCs, SCs / STs, and Minorities
He said that BDP and is also for the Prime Minister / Chief Minister / Chairman ZPTC / Chairman Mandal Parishad / Sarpanch on rotation between men and women the OBCs, SCs / STs. Mujeeb said that BDP is for recall of MPs, MLAs, etc. vide their contract on account of their inaction, incapacity,corruption or fails to answer 3 consecutive General Body Meetings. BDP is also for the implement Reservation of 40% to women as per reservation policy of respective underprivileged Societies.
Mujeeb assured for the Implement reservation of 50% OBCs, SC 20%, STs 10%, 12% OBCs among Muslims, 5% OBCs among Christians, 3% EBCs among BPL(40% women, 30 % youth of respective community) by BDP in the Legislature/local Bodies.
The national president of BDP assured that there is a need for the implement reservation for the OBCs, SCs, STs, Minorites, and Women in the Higher Judiciary and that Public grievance Redressal system should be complete in 30 days, Court case in three years (if appeal preferred) and make accountability and independent judiciary, Policing.
There is an urgent need of the Lok Pal, Lok Ayuktha, Vigilance Officer at District & Grievance Redressal Officer at Mandal institutions of Ombudsman to call for the accountability of the executive, Mujeeb said.
He said that giving free education to all from Class I to PG. Underprivileged children will have compulsory education with hostel facilities is the principal duty of the State as the State is guardian of her subjects. He is for instant reimbursement of fee to Children of BPL and middle Classes from LKG to PG etc.,
He said BDP is for the Annual Agricultural grants to Medium and small farmers. Agricultural Boards should be there at Mandals and Agricultural sector be given free tractor support and the storage go-downs to the small and medium farmers. Agricultural Board should fix the rates of each crop produces and the State to buy all agricultural produce, he added.
About opening the mind of the marriage grant or allowance to each Below Poverty Girl. He said that BDP is for allotment of House/plot to homeless and tenants who do not own the houses of their own. He said that the State should provide free domestic power, water to all BPL families and 50% concessional in power & water will be given by BDP to middle classes.
He said that the BDP is for the modernization of all public institutions, schools, and hospitals with the best infrastructure.
Mujeeb said that the BDP is for the undertaking of the new irrigation projects to promote agriculture as a profitable profession and the waive off the agricultural loans of small and medium-scale farmers to stop farmers suicides, he added. BDP is providing the crop insurance & adopt all social welfare measures to farmers on par with Jawans.
He said that the BDP is for the Armed Forces Tribunals to resolve civil matters pertaining to servicemen and ex-servicemen,
He said that the BDP is for the Out of turn allotment of residential flat/plot to all war widows, and homeless ex-serviceman.
He said that the BDP is for the Self-employment loans for SSIs/ Business ventures in 45 days, State to stand as a guarantor.
Mujeeb said that the BDP is for the regularisation of contract employees with their respective seniority with the promotion.
Mujeeb said that the hardworking and sincere public servants to get pecuniary and promotional benefits.
In the health and infrastructure field Mujeeb advocated for 50 Bedded Hospital at Mandal & 10.Bedded Hospital at each PHC or Municipal Ward or GPs. Mujeeb advocated for the availability of all essential commodities to the public at rational prices.
Mujeeb said that the BDP is for the smaller States and Districts for development of the nation, States, Districts and rural India.
Mujeeb said that the BDP is for the removal of Quasi-Judicial powers from the Executive, assign the task to Fast Track Courts and for repealing laws against SCs, STs & Minorities interests. He advocated for the need to adequate pensions to Old aged, widows, single mother, orphanage, Physically Handicapped.
Mujeeb said that the BDP is for the purification of the State by the respective faith, and restrain them from their political interference in the State matter. Mujeeb said that the BDP is for the protect Girls and Women from all types of harassment and for fastest delivery of Justice through Fast Track Courts / restoration of Land Grabbing Court.
Mujeeb said that the BDP is for the autonomy to the Defence, Police, CBI, RBI, and all Govt agencies,
