Un learned advocate Bharat Sharma filed a complaint under Sections 153, 295 of the Indian Penal Code against the statements cited in Khurshid’s book, on the grounds of ‘hurting religious sentiments’, while Hindutwa forces are lynchinh innocent Muslims and Dalits blaming them as the eaters of beef
The learned advocate Sharma needs to learn the law in letter and spirit and appreciate the view point of author’s rightly comparision of not true Hindutva to radical terrorist groups like ISIS and Boko Haram across the soil of the nation to keep and continue RSS’s mismanagement and its double standard political superiority through its political wing – BJP
Hindutwa forces should know an author expresses his view point and the author does not condemn or hurt any religious sentiments but high lights falling standads of Indian society through his comments in his publication or book.
This is not condemnable and as his opinion does not hurt any religious sentiments. Filing of police complaint is to advertise himself and no FIR in the absence of prima facie to read the Hindu word can be seen in the constitution of India can be found, no FIR can be registered against Khurshid.
No case is made out on the factual grounds and no hurting the religious sentiments. Cases should be filed against those who indulge, promote and encourage factual killing and harassments of innocent Indians for none of their mistakes.
Earlier on Thursday, another blind bakth and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Ram Kadam also filed an inconsistent police complaint against Khurshid over his book and also against Congress leader Rashid Alvi over his comments on blind Ram devotees at the Ghatkopar police station of Mumbai. Kadam abusing the law demanded an FIR on his complaint and the arrest of the Congress leaders.
