About the Backward Classes Parishad (BCP) : Backward Classes Parishad is a Society for the welfare and empowerment of BCs and it draws its WILL from its General Body Meeting (GBM) from each village / Municipal Ward, mandal / tahsil, district, state and all India level. GBM consist of all its members that forecasts, plans and coordinates the socio-economic advancement of the BCs, BC Muslims & BC Christians. The GBM elects its Village / Ward Executive Committee members i.e., President, Vice Presidents, General Secretary, Secretaries, Jt Secretary and Treasure (one committee each for its sub caste of BCs, Muslims and Christians) also elects its 5 delegates from the Village/Ward GBM each of whom shall represent the the Mandal GBM, Division (Parliament Constituency) GBM, District GBM, State GBM and All India GBM and elect their respective Committee at for a period of 5 years. Each committee from village/Ward to all India level addresses BCs objectives in their respective jurisdiction and works for the all round development of BCs, Muslims & Christians through the constitutional means.
AIMS of the Backward Classes Parishad (BCP)
(1) Lay a road map for all round advancement of BCs, BC Muslims & BC Christians
through its committees one each for its sub caste from village to national level.
(2) Fight for educational, professional and employment advancement.
(3) Promote self help groups of BCs, BC Muslims & BC Christians.
(4) Fight for the constitutional rights of BCs, BC Muslims & BC Christians.
(5) Fight for reservation of 50 % for BCs, 30% for Dalits, 10% for Muslims, 5% for Christians and 5% for EBCs in the executive, legislature and the judiciary.
(6) Protect lives and properties and self respect of BCs, BC Muslims, BC Christians.
(7) Promote exclusive schools, colleges with hostels for children of its members.
(8) Fight for the self employment loans for BCs, Muslims and Christians.
(9) Promote & advise for establishment of Cottage, SSIs for its members.
(10) To represent the problems of BCs, Muslims and Christians at the executive, the Legislature and the Judiciary.
(11) Provide legal aid and render family counselling to contain domestic violence.
(12) Promote employment avenues and pre employment training to its members.
(13) Provide medical aid to of its members through our HAMSMACS Ltd’s hospitals.
(14) Promote BCs, SCs, STs, Muslims, EBCs and Christian candidates as the Councillors, Sarpanch, MPTCs, ZPTCs, ZP Chairmen, MLAs, MLCs, MPs.
(15) Promote products manufactured and services provided by its members.
(16) Give coaching to the children of its members studying in Govt Schools.
(17) Fight for the housing plots,houses, ration cards, old age pension of its members.
(18) Organise Domestic Workers Committee and render them help in respective area.
Reasons of our Backwardness: Though we are 65 percent of the population, we continue to get injustice because of our disunity, not having foresight and our ignorance to educate our children.

Annual Membership fee to the Backward Classes Parishad (i) White ration card holders: Rs. 10/-
(ii) Pink ration card holders : Rs. 20/-, (iii) IT Payees : Rs. 100/-
Note : 50 per cent of membership fee will be deposited in the Backward Classes Parishad Andhra Pradesh Committee’s account and 50% will be desposited in Backward Classes Parishath respective committee’s account and used to attain BC Parishath’s aims. The respective committee shall maintain cash book and the ledger. Its funds are auditable.
